Solar Shock Pictures was asked to do a horror film that will be presented on the line-up for ‘An October Evening’, an event that takes place in Salt Lake City who is celebrating it’s 5 year anniversary this year.
The horror short now has a finished script with production to begin Friday August 6th and wrapping on August 7th. It will star Clayton Barney, Amy Savannah, and Matt Seaton. Brandon Young will serve as writer/director/editor with Kathie Young as story development and Danny Chadwick, Justin “Spot” Beecher, Gregory Andersen, Joylynne Anderson, and Marty Lynn Hicks as producers. Award Winner David M. Clark will be director of photography.
The film chronicles a family’s struggles to stay alive throughout the night when a series of monsters that dwell in the shadows become aware of their existence.
The finished film will only premiere at ‘An October Evening’ at the end of October and will go online for those who missed the event shortly after.
