Thank you for clarifying ‘Spot’ because we know not a Justin Beecher. He is Spot, has been Spot, and forever will be Spot. Spot is in essence, a character name but the line has been blurred so early on that the character that you ask of is certainly the case but we are not sure where the character starts or ends anymore. Which is a good thing. So is he a character, you ask? Absolutely. I think.

I don’t really think that Spot “works me”, as you put it. Works *with* me is more like it. Spot’s primary function at Solar Shock Pictures is to act and he has been instrumental for many years now on many of the acting prospects we’ve worked with. He has introduced me to many of the fine people I’m working with today. He can do a lot, from scripting, to producing, to editing, to whatever.

Spot is the person who is standing in the middle of the room with a machete during a zombie apocalypse preparing for survival. He’s not wildly crazy where he himself becomes more of a threat than the zombies. He analyzes his options before striking. He is kind of clumsy, so even when he is ready to strike, he may actually drop the machete or sever his own arm in the process, but its a good balance with the other men in the room who panic (and die), cower (and die), and those who spastically swing at anything and everything (and die).

Color blindness will ultimately be his undoing.
