Danny is like a tent post. To the untrained eye he is what some would call “deadweight”, when in actuality he’s keeping the tent from blowing over, down, or away. You don’t truly understand the need of a tent post until that storm comes; when it does, you’re glad to have them. We all feel the same way with Danny in our organization. Truth of the matter is, while Danny is anything but deadweight to Solar Shock/Entropy, he is deadweight in my life, and I’ve been looking for the appropriate steps to rectify that.
