Back in 2004, Brandon Young started writing a film project entitled ‘Circle’ which ended up bringing him into Solar Shock Pictures in the first place. Filming began in late 2005 but it was cancelled after 2 days of filming as Brandon felt that the story and script “just wasn’t quite right.”
Over the next several years he would revisit the concept and theme that started Circle and now finally, after roughly 7 years of re-writing, re-working, and re-developing his idea, it looks like Circle will be ready to go for filming in 2011.
The current draft of the script is being written and developed by the Elysium development team of Young, Danny Chadwick, and Michael A. Klein. The studio and filmmakers will be announcing auditions for the project around March or April of 2011 with a tentative start date around June.
