Director Tim Burton has cast the voices for his animated film ‘Frankenweenie’ to be released by Disney on March 9th, 2012.
The director will be reuniting with actors from his previous projects including Winona Ryder (last time he worked with her was on ‘Edward Scissorhands’), Martin Landau (worked with him on ‘Ed Wood’, ‘Sleepy Hollow’, and ‘9’), Martin Short (‘Mars Attacks!’), and Catherine O’Hara (‘The Nightmare before Christmas’ and ‘Beetlejuice’).
The four actors will lend their voices to multiple characters. Filming is currently underway.
